With a smile on her face, Tift County Board of Education member Dr. Kim Ezekiel welcomes a flock of pink, plastic flamingos on her front lawn on a chilly Thursday afternoon, kicking off the 2013 Flamingo Flocking fundraiser presented by the Tift County Council on Child Abuse.
