TIFTON — Billy J. Strawter,, Sr. has created a free educational Web site designed for parents, potential parents, teenagers, social workers, teachers, youth workers and all people working with families or children. The Web site focuses on providing practical life skills information to help families build better relationships.
Strawter is a native of Ty Ty and holds a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Fort Valley State College. He is the father of two young adults, B.J. Strawter and Safiya Akilah Mosley, and has beenmarried to his wife, Lee Anna, for 37 years. He and his wife currently live in Midland, Mich. Eye care office, patients give back
