TIFTON — Ryan and Ashley Vowell of Tifton announce the birth of their daughter, Ryley Samantha Vowell, at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Ryley weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches in length.
She is the granddaughter of Gary and Beth Vowell, Perry and Kim Key and Sammy and Gloria Dillard. She is the great-granddaughter of Edwin and Martiel Dillard and Rayford and Anita Suggs.
