Police report for Jan. 15

TIFTON POLICE DEPT.



Kirby Brady Blalock, 20, 37 Cox Road, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Lindsay Jonna Bloodworth, 18, 2008 Chesnutt Ave., was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Sloan Michelle Breese, 20, 2008 Chesnutt Ave., was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Lavonda Sedette Buchanen, 41, 614 N. Ridge Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Saturday with speeding, driving without a license on her person, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and driving without insurance.

Gary Jackson, 56, 1110 S. Central Ave., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

Gary Duane Johnson, 57, 1673 Cherokee Rose Road, Nashville, was charged Sunday with DUI, an open container violation and defective equipment.

Brent Thomas Lee, 19, 333 Alvin Harden Road, Eastman, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Joshua Franklin Soles, 29, 808 Tyson Ave., was charged Sunday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.



TIFT CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Ashley Mashelia Batts, 22, 707 11th St. W., was charged Friday with DUI, DUI/endangering a child under age 14, failure to maintain lane and failure to stop at sign.

Vincent Charles Billings, 37, 720 Timmons Drive, Apt. 33, was charged Sunday with abandonment of dependent child support.

Jenny S. Jeffords, 60, P.O. Box 4121, Moultrie, was charged Friday with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Thomas Michael Lindley, 60, 88 Richards Drive, Apt. A-15, was charged Friday with DUI and an open container violation.

James Edward McCant, 63, 1704 Garrison Ave., was charged Sunday with theft by taking.

Bruce Wayne Patton Jr., 17, 382 Ga. Highway 125 S., Lot A-12, was charged Friday with reckless driving, operation of vehicle on approach of emergency vehicles, driving with a suspended or revoked license and three counts of failure to stop at sign.

Julian Lamar Tabor, 39, 3107 Emerson O. Bynes Ave., was charged Friday with abandonment of dependent child support.



GEORGIA STATE PATROL

Ruben Creuteres Arteaga, 41, 517 Park Ave., was charged Friday with driving without a license.

David Quiroz Quezada, 43, 1020 Ferry Lake Road, Apt. 8, was charged Saturday with driving without a license.

Sharae Mercy Wolford, 23, 99 Tifton Eldorado Road, Apt. 1-D, was charged Saturday with DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to obey traffic.



OMEGA POLICE DEPT.

Justin Andrew Stephen, 23, 305 Delto Road, Fitzgerald, was charged Saturday with missing or defective headlights and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Steve Hyman, he had a surprise for Hyman – Hyman has been named the club's 2013 recipient of its Service to Mankind Award.

  • Tifton man arrested in marijuana sting

    The Mid-South Narcotics Task Force, along with the Tift County Sheriff’s Office, served a search warrant May 7 on the residence of 36-year-old Daniel Eubanks, located at 905 36th Street in Tifton. The search warrant was served as part of a joint investigation with the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office into Eubanks' marijuana distribution.
