TIFTON —
Sue Wilder Taylor, 79, of Tifton died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at Rehab of South Georgia (formerly Tifton Health Care) in Tifton. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church in Grady County with the Rev. Dan Eidson officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of Emma Adams, 3170 Old Ga. Hwy. 3, Pelham.
Born Dec. 12, 1933 in Mitchell County, Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of the late Isaac Harrison Wilder and Sallie Jewel Taylor Wilder. She was married to the late Felton Mahlon Taylor. She was a homemaker, worked as a postal clerk and a member of the Avalaon United Methodist Church in Albany. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her siblings, Mildred Lodge, Annie Willis, I.W. Wilder, Alva Wilder, Lois Majors, Bobby Wilder and Odessa Wilder.
Survivors include two sons, Louie Taylor and wife, Pat, of Albany, Robert Taylor of Albany; daughter, Judy Taylor Harper and husband, Don, of Tifton; two sisters, Grace Patrick and Emma Adams; grandchildren, Amanda Coleman, Katie Coleman, Patrick Coleman, Paige Hale and Brooke Taylor and three great-grandchildren, Hunter Dowdy, Ty Dowdy and Taylor Glenn.
