Janice Faye Wright Holden

OCILLA — Janice Faye Wright Holden, 67, formerly of Waterloo, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at the Osceola Heath Care facility in Ocilla. Services for Mrs. Holden will be held at 4 p.m. today at Waterloo Baptist Church with the Rev. Donnie Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Waterloo Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. today until the time of service at Waterloo Baptist Church.

Nephews of Mrs. Holden will serve as pallbearers.

She was born on March 16, 1945 to Allison David Wright and Vertie Shiflett Wright, both of whom preceded her in death. Mrs. Holden enjoyed cooking and loved her nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Irwin County High School and a member of Waterloo Baptist Church.  

Surviving Janice are one son, Christopher James Walker of Dublin; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Wanda and Charles Joyner of Waterloo, Laverne Partin of Ocilla and Melba Jean Wright of Terry, Miss.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Rev. Donnie and Debra Wright of Tifton and Kenny and Jerri Wright of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Waterloo Baptist Church, 124 Waterloo Lane, Chula, Georgia 31733.
