Nora Kate Burns,  77, of Hampton and Tifton died Thursday, Dec.6, 2012 in Hampton. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Beulah Hill Family Life Center, with committal services to follow at Tift Memorial Gardens and repast and fellowship will conclude at Beulah Hill Family Life Center. She is survived by her children, Emma Jean Jackson, Leon Greene Sr., Walter Lee Burns Sr., Shirley Burns, Bobby J. Burns Sr., and Patricia Burns Wilson; brothers and sisters, Mildred Green, Clara Green, Willie Green, James Green, R.M. Green, Etta Bee Jackson, L.J. Green Sr., Walter Green, Aldophus Green, Annie Lois Green, Bernice Green, Marian Ferguson, Verian Smith, Precious Winner, Diane Aside, Frank Jordan. Huu Phu Nguyen, 72, of Warner Robins, formerly of Tifton, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 in Warner Robins. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. tonight and tomorrow and from 9 until 11 a.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. William Gaines Castleberry, 93, of Adel died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Adel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Chad Roland officiating. Interment will follow at Anitoch United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Castleberry family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. today at Boone Funeral Home, 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave. Mr. Castleberry is survived by three daughters, Gail Roland of Franklin, Tenn., Ann Whitehurst of Franklin, Tenn., and Donna Daughtrey of Sylvester. Marshall McCully, 93, of Tifton died at his residence. Public viewing will be held from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Community Mortuary, LLC. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, LLC of Tifton.

Vicki Irvin Knight, 55 of Savannah died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 in Bloomingdale from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Funeral aservices will held at 3 p.m. today at Ashburn First Baptist Church with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2:30 p.m. today at Ashburn First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Knight of Bloomingdale; parents, Murray and Willa Jean Irvin of Sycamore; stepsons, Tripp Knight of Leesburg and Matthew Knight of Nashville; step-daughter, Lynn Schroder of Hazelhurst and brother, Rusty Irvin of Ashburn. Odell Woods, 54, died Dec. 9, 2012 at his residence. Public viewing will be held from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. today at Community Mortuary, LLC. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. at Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetary. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, LLC of Tifton.

Clara Y. Futch, 64, of Nashville died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at South Georgia medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Crenshaw Community Church with burial to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Crossroad Rd., Kirkland. Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. today at Black and Son Funeral Home. Survivors include a daughter, Shuntel Ward; a son, Frank Ward III; five sisters, Louvenia Jackson, Elbert Jean Beal, Christine Bennett, Dorothy Miller and Margaret Foster. Black and Son Funeral Home, Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
