At that point they were free. It only remained for them to stay loyal to their beliefs in freedom long enough for the struggle to work out the details of when and how the Turks would leave. The same point today for us in America.”

“I wouldn't have a problem with socialism if everyone had dignity and honor. You wouldn't believe the number of able-bodied people I see at my job trying to get on disability. The sad thing is that the people who need help the most rarely ask. I don't mind funding socialism and helping people get on their feet, but being forced to pay for ... people to stay home and abuse the system is absurd.”
