Many mailboxes along Carpenter Road and in Chula have been vandalized. I want to set up a reward that will go to the first person to give a tip to the police that leads to the arrest and conviction of these vandals. I will contribute the first $50 to this reward fund, and if you also would like to contribute, contact Dan at CorrieDanL@aol.com or call 404-290-5243 to give me your name, contact info and the amount you would like to contribute.
Hopefully when convicted, these vandals will be required to reimburse the money we each contribute to this reward, as well as reimbursing the money/time involved with replacing our mailboxes. I checked and learned that vandalizing mailboxes is a federal offense, so hopefully these individuals also will see the inside of a jail.
