On behalf of the Tifton Terminal Railway Museum, I would like to express thanks to the Tiftarea Auto Club, Carolyn Brannen, Georgia Agrirama, John Johnson, Norris Windham, Marie Parrott, Tifton Police Force, Downtown Development Authority and the City of Tifton Public Works Department and the over 200 citizens who came out to enjoy great music and some classic delicious Tift County Drug Store chili dogs at our "Downtown in the ‘50s" event this past weekend.
Our organization prides itself on collaborative events with the Georgia Agrirama, City of Tifton, State of Georgia and the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) to make our organization and Museum an inclusive multi-functional part of our community.
Thanks again to everyone that came out and we look forward to our next big weekend at Hometown Holidays.
Chris Parrott,
President
