Bad idea

Old brew

Red herring

“Some idea to save money. Please show me one incident in South Georgia, or anywhere in Georgia for that matter, where someone prevailed in a ‘frivolous lawsuit’ related to health care. This is simply a myth. All lawsuits taken to trial are decided by 12 members of the electorate. It's the most democratic process we have. It's also a red herring in the health care debate. If you want to find the real culprits, find the 10 most successful insurance agents in our area and compare how they live compared to your average doctor or lawyer. And most of them don't have advanced degrees. That's where you'll find our health care money.”
