Charlotte Yevette Church, 17, 1126 S. College Ave., was charged Tuesday with theft by shoplifting.

Tratavia Rashaun Johnson, 17, 112 Robin St., was charged Tuesday with theft by shoplifting.

Cedric Lervell Sears, 33, 1204 E. 12th St., was charged Tuesday with driving on a suspended license.

Michael Keyon Williams, 22, 4113 Martin Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and a safety restraint violation.
