Police report for September 27

Crime briefs:

• A woman reported Friday that during an argument with her husband, he pulled a knife on her daughter and threatened her. An office reported that upon arrival and after an investigation, the offender was arrested and transported to the Tift County jail. The report states that John Lee Martin, 54, 19 River Run Road, was charged with aggravated assault.

• A man who lives in the 200 block of Copeland Road reported Friday that someone took several items from his yard which included a white refrigerator, a small white chest freezer, a red hood for a 1980s model Chevy pick-up, a blue hood for a 1970s model Chevy truck, a white door for a Chevy pick-up and a metal truck gas tank.

• An incident report filed at the Tifton Police Department states that an unruly juvenile, who had cut off his leg monitor and ran away from home on Aug. 27, was transported to the juvenile holding cell at the Tift County jail after he turned himself in at the TPD Friday.

Devin Zar’bo Barrett, 24, 508 W. 25th St., was charged Saturday with driving without insurance, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a noise violation and being a habitual violator.

Raheem Devontaye Bryant, 18, Dixie Ave., was charged Friday with unwanted person on the premises of another.

Brandon Ladon Butler, 26, 87 Upper Ty Ty Road, was charged Saturday with DUI and driving without lights.

Mary Grace Cary, 27, 2451 Ga. Highway 313, Sylvester, was charged Sunday with aggressive driving.

Barton Lee Coleman, 26, 1217 College Ave., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Vince Cleo Copeland, 29, 5840 Nankin Road, Valdosta, was charged Friday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force, loitering or prowling, and giving a false name, address or birth date to a law enforcement officer.

David Delacruz, 18, 1463 Ferry Lake Road, was charged Saturday with a probation violation, a safety restraint violation and driving without a license.

Lekisha Ray Golding, 29, 91 Academy Drive, Apt. 9, Chula, was charged Sunday with theft by receiving stolen property.

Guadalope Gutierez, 20, 1450 Ferry Lake Road, was charged Saturday with driving without a license.

Jose Alfredo Luna, 19, 264 Dogwood Drive, Moultrie, was charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol.

Andrew Mendieta, 35, 186 Deese Road, Omega, was charged Sunday with theft by receiving stolen property.

Chandler O’Neal Page, 22, 2809 Davis Road, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness.

Modesta Pastran, 43, 132 Riverbend Lane, was charged Saturday with driving without a license and vehicles approaching violation.

Juan Carlos Peralta, 24, 3394 13 33 N. Ga. Highway, Moultrie, was charged Saturday with driving without a license.

Dathan Carnell Pittman Sr., 52, 106 W. 17th St., was charged Saturday with a probation violation.

Dernard Prince, 17, 515 Elm St., was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

James Kevin Aultman, 35, 877 Zion Hope Road, was charged Saturday with DUI, failure to maintain lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving with a suspended or revoked license, an open container violation and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force.

Andre Pernell Bryant, 48, 1001 Doc Melton Sr. Drive, Lot 4, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Victor Candido Cortez, 28, 1526 Ty Ty-Sparks Road,  was charged Sunday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force and disorderly conduct.

Cory Daniel Lord, 20, 606 22nd St. E., was charged Saturday with DUI, driving without lights and underage possession of alcohol.

Fred Delee Miller Jr., 30, 611 W. Fourth St., was charged Friday with a probation violation.

Donald Morris, 40, 701 Forest Circle, Douglas, was charged Friday with two counts of deposit account fraud.

Mitchell Neal Stone, 46, 772 Hazel Stone Road, Alapaha, was charged Saturday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and an open container violation.

Kenyattes Dwan Turner, 28, 71 Pecan St., was charged Sunday with simple battery (family violence).
