Police report for Dec. 4

Crime briefs:

• A man reported Saturday that there was someone cutting wire inside a residence in the 2700 block of Highland Avenue. Two subjects were located inside the residence, and it was determined that they didn’t have permission to be there, the report states. Michael Terrell Swain, 33, 2717 Highland Ave., was arrested and charged with first degree burglary. Yamma Lacole Swain, 35, 2717 Highland Ave., was also arrested and charged with first degree burglary.

• A woman who lives in the 500 block of Southbrook Drive reported Sunday that two black males about 6’2” in height and about 160 pounds, dressed in all black, tried to open her front door. She told police that the subjects never made entry. They fled the scene on foot.

• A woman reported Sunday that $200 worth of property was taken from her car at a location in the 3100 block of Third Avenue.

• A man reported Thursday that while testing driving a man’s 1986 Ford Escort, the vehicle caught on fire. The report states that the fire appears to have started due to mechanical failure.



TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Joel Thomas Brown, 20, 408 Melborow Drive, Pitts, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and making an improper left turn.

Tamara Ann Cox, 51, 1214 N. College Ave., was charged Saturday with unwanted person on the premises of another.

Jennifer Lynn Defiore, 22, 608 W. Washington Ave., Nashville, was charged Friday with theft by shoplifting.

Elias Colchado Duque, 27, 155 Parkway Drive, Lot 26, was charged Saturday with an open container violation.

Arely Del Rocio Estrada, 28, 171 Plum Nelly Lane, Norman Park, was charged Friday with missing/defective headlights and driving without a license.

Jasmyne Nicole Flanders, 17, 2009 Oriole Way, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Damarcus Detron Fudge, 21, 707 S. Park Ave., was charged Thursday with second degree burglary.

Danny Lee Fudge, 46, 707 S. Park Ave., was charged Thursday with theft by receiving stolen property and a probation violation.

Omar Cedillo Gomez, 41, 2100 U.S. Highway 82 E., Brookfield, was charged Saturday with an open container violation.

Marcus Antoine Grant, 23, 1419 Park Ave., was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

Essential Essence Horn, 18, 108 Pine St., was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Sherro Rafael Kinchen, 29, 22 River Lane, Quitman, was charged Friday with theft by shoplifting.

Brian Keith King, 33, 191 Moorman Circle, was charged Thursday with a probation violation.

Bobby Leon Merritt Jr., 25, 1493 Shanna Drive, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and a probation violation.

Quanda Quanella Nixon, 34, 3 Tanner Lane, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana over one ounce manufacturing.

Rico Nigel Nixon, 32, 3 Tanner Lane, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana over one ounce manufacturing.

Alex Hernandez Ramirez, 22, 110 Lawson Court, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness.

Nigel Gerard Snow, 31, 605 E. Golden Road, was charged Thursday with possession of schedule IV drug and a probation violation.

Abrente Joshun Stephens, 20, 1227 Parker Ave., Apt. F, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct.

James Eugene Stephens Jr., 17, 439 Dixie Ave., was charged Thursday with theft by shoplifting and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force.

Gregorio Gomez Tovar, 28, 23 Gene Lane, was charged Sunday with missing tail/tag lights and driving without a license.

Jose Vazquez, 28, 2100 U.S. Highway 82 E., Brookfield, was charged Saturday with unlawful window tinting and driving without a license.

Gregory Austin Watson, 23, 365 Mt. Zion Church Road, Chula, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness.

Zachary Drew Watson, 20, 1006 Rutland Road, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Elizabeth Maria Whitehead, 22, 539 Lower Brookfield Road, was charged Saturday with DUI, duty of driver to stop at or return to the scene of an accident and an open container violation.



TIFT CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Mary Wanda Livingston, 55, 1001 Rutland Road, was charged Thursday with two counts of financial transaction card theft.

Tammy Watts Sands, 40, 5537 Firestone Road, Apt. 5, Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Saturday with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Michael Terrell Swain, 33, 2717 Highland Ave., was charged Saturday with first degree burglary.

Yamma Lacole Swain, 35, 2717 Highland Ave., was charged Saturday with first degree burglary.

Thomas Kyle Caulder, 23, 1210 Wilson Ave., Apt. A, was charged Friday with missing or inoperative tail/tag lights and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

James Byron Ferguson, 22, 1810 Wilson Drive, was charged Saturday with DUI and missing tail/tag lights.

William Danny Hand, 22, 1203 Phillip Causey Road, Doerun, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Lance Drew Kearce, 45, 104 Leighton Drive, Leesburg, was charged Friday with DUI, driving without a license and missing tail/tag lights.

Jose Caralampio Perez, 22, 1082 Ty Ty-Omega Road, Omega, was charged Friday with DUI, a safety restraint violation and driving without a license.

Stanchel Maurice Singleton, 39, P.O. Box 533, Ty Ty, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended or revoked license, missing tail/tag lights and giving a false name, address or birth date to a law enforcement officer.

Francisco Sarabia Leon, 17, 561 Roundtree Bridge Road, was charged Saturday with driving without a license.
