Narthell Golson, 23, 99 Eldorado Road, Apt. 16B, was charged Tuesday with abandonment of dependent child support.
Letese Elette Rogers, 26, 2800 N. Tift Ave., Apt. F46, was charged Tuesday with three counts of financial transaction card fraud and identity fraud/theft.
Michael Shane Taylor, 23, 2911 Hill Ave., Apt. C, was charged Tuesday with abandonment of dependent child support, a probation violation and obstructing or hindering law enforcement without force.

Connie Boardman, 65, 11 Crickett Circle, was charged Wednesday with theft by shoplifting.
Rasheen Pitts, 18, 214 W. 13th St., was charged Wednesday with DUI, failure to maintain lane, a noise violation, driving without a license and an open container violation.
Mindy Michelle Tyson, 26, 225 Harold Tyson Road, was charged Wednesday with four counts of forgery in the fourth degree.
