Police report for Nov. 9

Joseph Kent Carter who was listed in Wednesday’s edition of The Tifton Gazette as having been charged Monday with DUI and two open container violations is not local attorney Joseph Isaac Carter.



TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Jason Ray Aubrey, 26, 979 Erve Williams Road, Moultrie, was charged Thursday with theft by shoplifting and a probation violation.

Horace Joseph Brinkley, 23, 402 Cole St., was charged Thursday with missing tail/tag lights and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Kentravious Jarrod Johnson, 20, 99 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation and theft by taking.

David Noriega, 30, 155 Parkway Drive, Lot 45, was charged Thursday with defective equipment and driving without a license.

Carlos Perez Santos, 29, 155 Parkway Drive, Lot 45, was charged Thursday with defective equipment and driving without a license.

Jackie Williams, 53, Lakeland, was charged Thursday with criminal trespass.



TIFT CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Demetrius C. Andrade, 24, 191 Scenic Hill Road, Charlestown, N.H., was charged Thursday with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.



GEORGIA STATE PATROL

Wanda Brown, 53, 2902 Brunswick Ave., was charged Thursday with DUI and missing tail/tag lights.



OMEGA POLICE DEPT.

Sandra Jean Hobby, 45, 210 Livingston Bridge Road, Norman Park, was charged Thursday with DUI, an open container violation, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, speeding, limitations on overtaking and passing on the left, driving without a valid tag/license plate, driving without a license on her person and failure to stop at sign.
