Latisha Shacoby Stubbins, 23, 99 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal damage to property.

Emanuel Joiner Jr., 52, 6611 US Highway 82 West, Ty Ty, was charged Wednesday with driving without insurance and driving with license suspended or revoked.

Grady Vinson Tanner, 56, 180 Richards Drive, Enigma, was charged Wednesday with driving with license suspended, defective windshield, improper lane change, operating motor vehicle without vehicle registration, driving without insurance, driving without valid tag, and use of license plate to misrepresent.

Minzi Abmirh Thomas, 22, 5672 Mandy Smith Lane, Bartlett, Tenn., was charged Wednesday with driving with license suspended, safety restraint violation, and speeding in a construction zone.
