TIFTON — TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Manuel Cruz, 18, 1403 Sutton Circle, was charged Monday with underage possession of alcohol.

Reginald Bernard Gray, 51, 440 Ty Ty-Sparks Road, Ty Ty, was charged Monday with failure to appear.

Andrea Denise Morrow, 31, 623 Harrison Ave., Ashburn, was charged Monday with five charges of forgery in the first degree.

John Wesley Parks, 48, 117 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Monday with theft by receiving stolen property.

Sharon Rittenhouse, 50, 99 Tifton-Eldorado Road, C-3, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Carson Anthony Anderson, 40, 794 Adams Road, Chula, was charged Monday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force and public drunkenness.

Leroy Barnes Jr., 54, 1905 Bell St., was charged Monday with DUI.

Amanda Kay Billingsley, 33, 3115 Hill Ave., Lot 9, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

James Arthur Brown, 51, 3301 Plaza Drive, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Laura Sanitti Dennard, 39, 608 Sycamore St., Apt. 5, Blackshear, was charged Monday with identity fraud.

Cedrick Doushae Gordon, 31, 8430 Quarter Horse Drive, Riverview, Fla., was charged Monday with speeding in a construction zone and driving with a suspended license.

Larquis Lopez Green, 21, 118 Benjamin St., was charged Monday with sale of hydrocodone.

Fidel Jimenez, 22, 1515 C.S. Power Road, Moultrie, was charged Sunday with under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stacy Terell Lester, 37, 416 Rutherford St., was charged Saturday with interfering with calls for emergency assistance and simple battery .

Justin Wesley McCarver, 22, 16 Sandra Drive, was charged Tuesday theft by taking.

Richard Reddick, 60, 119 E. 13th St., was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Rene Jaciel Valdez, 24, Highway 303 Mark St., Ocilla, was charged Monday with improper stopping or slowing in lane of traffic, driving without a license, an open container, a DUI and possession of marijuana.

Charles Stacy Watson, 47, 131 Sassafras Lane, Sylvester, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana.
