Johnny Benjamin Jones Jr., 36, 112 Carmine St., Apt. 2B, Sylvester, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license, fleeing or attempting to elude, two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding (60/55) and failure to maintain lane.
Quentin Pascol Sparks, 40, 114 W. Ninth St., was charged Wednesday with giving a false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officer.
