Police report for Jan. 11

TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Brittany Nicole Gaines, 22, 117 Elm St., was charged Wednesday with theft by shoplifting.

Shakeitha Levette Harris, 18, 45 Warner Road, was charged Wednesday with theft by shoplifting.

Keyolivia Downs Richardson, 26, 210 W. Eighth St., was charged Monday with a safety restraint violation, a child restraint violation, driving without a valid tag/license and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

David Contreras, 24, 382 Highway 125 S., Lot C-6, was charged Tuesday with battery (family violence).

Nikki Marie Fender, 30, 99 Gray Road, Adel, was charged Wednesday with two counts of forgery in the first degree and forgery in the fourth degree.

Senaido Gonzalez, 56, 901 S. Central Ave., was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.

Deraven Demarcus Hurley, 22, 3116 First Ave., was charged Wednesday with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.

David Anderson Jackson, 26, 828 Lower Ty Ty Road, Ty Ty, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Fonpashih Indera Moore, 33, 182-C S. Church St., Ty Ty, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license, and brake lights and turn signals required.

Thomas James Newson, 38, 3303 Holt St., was charged Wednesday with destructive, removal, etc.

Tosha Lavett Pickett, 34, 230 Tipton St., Apt. 105-M, Ashburn, was charged Wednesday with penalty for failure to appear.

Amanda Denise Purvis, 45, 306 Vanceville County Line, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.

Joshua Neil Simmons, 25, 104 Southside Drive, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license.
