Police report for Jan. 24

TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Samuel Bernard Brown, 18, 300 S. Oak St., Adel, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Tirus Renard Dennard, 36, 608 E. Sixth St., Apt. 3C, was charged Monday with defective equipment and driving without a license.

Cesar Gutierrez, 17, 4588 U.S. Hwy. 82 W., Ty Ty, was charged Monday with unwanted person on the premises of another.



TIFT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

William Lee Flowers, 54, 701 Short St., was charged Monday with aggravated assault.

Clayton Robinson McMillan Jr., 57, Rt. 1, 550 Alapaha River Road, Alapaha, was charged Monday wtih possession of a Schedule IV drug (Clonazepam) and possession of a Schedule III drug.

Jody Lee Willis, 28, 57 Briarwood Lane, Eldorado, 28, 57 Briarwood Lane, eldorado, was charged Monday with abandonment of dependent child support.



GEORGIA STATE PATROL

Tommy Lee Singleton, 50, 193A Railroad St., Ty Ty, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, speeding, making an improper lane change and making an improper left turn.
