Otis Graham, 43, 414 Prince Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Tracy Durrell Thomas, 33, 1438 N. Central Ave., was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain lane.

Quentalin Sherod Brown, 26, 1213 Fifth Ave., was charged Wednesday with driving without insurance, a safety restraint violation, failure to stop or return to the scene of an accident and obstructing or hindering law enforcement.

Trenton Vaughn Hancock, 17, 1420 Missouri Ave., was charged Wednesday with two counts of simple battery.

Steven Guy Hobby, 54, 716 S. College Ave., was charged Wednesday with public drunkenness.

Sebrina Celeste Lockett, 27, 606 E. Sixth St., Apt. 6-D, was charged Wednesday with driving without insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked license, giving a false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers and driving without a valid tag.

Javier Corona Olquin, 23, 23 Ty Ty-Sparks Road, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license.

Jackie Wayne Mabrey, 29, 8 Twin Oaks Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license on person.

Selena Geneva Reid, 27, 1103 Shady Lane Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.
