Sheriff’s Dept.

Ferlando Dejuan Cook, 22, 1432 Quincy Ave. Apt. B, was charged Friday with a probation violation.

Jaoquinn Demonte Cunningham, 24, 2108 S. Park Ave., was charged Saturday with a probation violation.

Derrick Shane Fall, 24, 21 Smith Court, was charged Friday on a bench warrant.

Estelle Cole Hall, 59, 470 Washington St., Ashburn, was charged Friday with deposit account fraud.

Jacob Yunell Jackson Jr., 22, 325 Old Omega Road Apt. 15, was charged Friday with a probation violation.

John Christopher McBrayer, 21, 346 Larry Dean Road, Omega, was charged Saturday with failure to maintain lane, an open container violation, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (Darvocet), misdemeanor possession of marijuana and DUI.

Steven Chris McLamb, 209 Hollow Grove Circle, Sparks, was charged Friday with criminal damage to property in the second degree.

David Reginald Dobbins, 51, 2046 Chula-Brookfield Road, was charged Saturday with reckless driving and DUI.

Brett Mathew Gilbert, 41, 3100 Sweetwater Road, Lawrenceville, was charged Saturday with DUI, DUI/endangering a child under 14 and speeding in a construction zone.

Ronald Golson, 49, 181 A S. Pickett St., Ty Ty, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Willie Maurice Jackson, 25, 4 Clay Drive, was charged Saturday with a helmet violation, a tail light violation, driving without a valid tag/license, driving with a suspended license, DUI and driving without insurance.

Stacy Lamar Rutland, 39, 133 Red Bird Road, was charged Sunday with being a pedestrian under the influence.

Jesus Rodriguez Torres, 40, Alabama Drive, Omega, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness.

Kedith Bernard Williams, 55, 313 Old Omega Road Lot 43, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a stop sign and a brake light violation.

Juan Ines Guiterrez-Garci, 28, 1050 Ferry Lake Road, was charged Monday with driving without a license, driving without insurance, reckless driving, DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, failure to maintain lane and failure to stop at a stop sign.
