Tifton Police Dept.

Leisa Ann Butler, 38, 602 Rigdon-Aultman Road, was charged Tuesday with theft by conversion.

Mary Franks, 24, 35 Sutton Road, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Monique Nicole Swain, 22, 2914 James Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving without a license and unlawful window tinting.

Ritchie Bernard Woods, 32, 176 Highway 319 N., was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.



Tift County Sheriff’s Office

Lavoris Lee Cody, 25, 1602 Tift Ave. N., was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.

Anthony Keith Conley, 28, 2493 U.S. Highway 82 E., Brookfield, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.

Howard Anthony Gammage, 27, 712 W. 21st St., was charged Wednesday with battery, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers without force and giving a false name or address to a law enforcement officer.

Felicia Latrell Hall, 28, 470 W. Washington St., Ashburn, was charged Tuesday with four counts of deposit account fraud.

Justin Zuriel Hopps, 25, 4977 Union Road, Lot 27, was charged Tuesday with public drunkenness.

Carla Mitchelle Lipsey, 39, 1518 Fletcher Road, was charged Tuesday with unlawful use of a license plate or identification card and failure to maintain lane.

Lelan Moretz, 24, 909 W. 20th St., Apt. E-8, was charged Wednesday with public drunkenness.



Georgia State Patrol

Harold Norris Jr., 26, 403 Arron St., Ocilla, was charged Wednesday with speeding, DUI and driving without a license.
