Arico Casini Andrews, 34, 2715 Solomon Nixon Place, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation.

Michael Shane Taylor, 20, 235 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Tuesday with interfering with calls for emergency assistance, simple battery and obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers without force.

Jennifer Marie Wallace, 26, 534 E. 16th St., was charged Tuesday with 12 counts of financial transaction card fraud.

Patricia Jewel Walters, 37, 1012 Washington St., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, a safety restraint violation and defective equipment.
