Police reports for Aug. 26

Georgia State Patrol

James Stephen Flippo, 45, 905 E. 22nd St., was charged Tuesday with DUI, failure to maintain lane, an open container violation and violation of limited permit conditions.

Moses Johnson, 31, 509 Thigpen Circle, Ray City, was charged Friday with DUI, speeding, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and an open container violation.

Nathaniel Sybleman Lewis, 36, 1118 S. Park Ave., was charged Saturday with DUI, brake light/turn signal violations and making an improper lane change.



ABAC Police Dept.

Christopher Terrez Bennett, 20, 325 Fifth Ave. N.W., Moultrie, was charged Friday with unwanted person on the premises of another.

Joshua Dewayne Boydston, 20, 835 Thomas Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol.

Walter Cody Quirk, 20, 6046 Georgia Highway 116, Hamilton, was charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol.

Jessica Lillian Rodriguez, 19, 60 Barber Road, Covington, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Nichole Janine Smith, 20, 171 Springhill Drive W., was charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol.

Marcus Thaddeus Stancil, 20, 702 First Ave. S.W., Moultrie, was charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol.



Tifton Police Dept.

Willma Brown, 58, 400 E. 16th St., was charged Monday with theft by shoplifting.

Jesse Bryant, 54, 1323 S. Park Ave., was charged Tuesday with a probation violation.

Ashley Nicole Chason, 19, 102 Bullock Ave., Nashville, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Jesse Miles Keene, 20, 440 Mudd Creek, Nashville, was charged Monday with giving a false name or address.

Landric Denerra Wilson, 26, 99 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Tuesday with battery and criminal damage to property.



Tift County Sheriff’s Office

Kevin Lamar Smith, 36, 4280 Maplewood Drive, Decatur, was charged Monday with a probation violation.
