Vincent Charles Billings, 34, 720 Timmons Drive, Apt. 46, was charged Thursday with abandonment of dependent child support and possession of hydrocodone.

Kenneth Ramon Byrd, 41, 3300 N. Nebraska Ave., Tampa, Fla., was charged Friday with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jody Weslyn Edge, 28, 199 Cedar St., Omega, was charged Thursday with a probation violation.
