Georgia State Patrol

Robert Brandon Fulford, 27, 20 Smith Court, was charged Monday with DUI and driving without a license on person.

Sheriff’s Office

Charles William Cosper, 20, 239 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Monday with underage possession of alcohol.

Latonya Shareese Fleming, 29, 4751 Second Ave., St. Petersburg, Fla., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended or revoked license, speeding and obstructing or hindering law enforcement.

Maria Dejesus Maldonado, 21, 1708 Hopewell Church Road, Moultrie, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Channing Elisa Robinson, 23, 1620 Bartram Road 1112, Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Monday with obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers without force.

William Cody Abbott, 17, 820 Lindsey St., was charged Monday with theft by shoplifting.

Jashobeam Balli-Nuridden, 27, 2766 Carriage Lane, College Park, was charged Monday with two counts of entering an automobile or motor vehicle with intent to commit a felony.

Johnny Ray Boyd, 17, 3 Clint Circle, was charged Monday with theft by shoplifting.

Carlos Jerome Brown, 44, Tifton, was charged Monday with first-degree forgery.

Creg Bernard Riggins, 35, 1711 S. Central Ave., was charged Monday with an open container violation, driving with a suspended license and an expired tag.

A 13-year-old female was charged Monday with terroristic threats and acts and disrupting public schools.
