Henry Green III, 21, 2907 S. Ridge Ave., was charged Saturday with a noise violation and driving with a suspended license.

Dustin O’Bryan Kelley, 23, 810 Lee Ave., was charged Sunday with a safety restraint violation and driving with a suspended license.

Armana Ann Lee, 18, 404 W. Golden Road, was charged Saturday with theft by shoplifting.

Amanda Marie McKendree, 18, 708 N. Isabella St., Sylvester, was charged Sunday with theft by shoplifting.

Brian Vincent Mullen, 55, 50 Cambridge Road #514, Woburn, Maine, was charged Sunday with DUI and speeding.

Sylvia Ann Gordon, 44, 1106 N. Carpenter Road, was charged Saturday with a probation violation.

Roberto Alferez Recendez, 17, 3034 Woodridge Court, Albany, was charged Sunday with DUI, DUI child endangerment and failure to maintain lane.

Ivory Williams, 36, 3120 Crepe Myrtle Court, Albany, was charged Saturday with obstructing or hindering law enforcement.
