James Clinton Stevens Jr., 20, 2102 Ty Ty Sparks Road, Omega, was charged Sunday with obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers without force.

Wesley Kyle Sweetapple, 19, 106 Linville Pointe, Dallas, was charged Saturday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and making an improper lane change.
