Police report for Oct. 27

Crime briefs:

• A man who lives in the 1400 block of Newton Drive reported Thursday that someone took a red, Troy-Bilt pressure washer valued at $400 from his property.

• A woman who lives in the 700 block of East 14th Street reported Thursday that her Browning rifle with a Nikon scope and her Browning flashlight were stolen out of the back seat of her vehicle. The report states that both items were recovered.

• A man reported Thursday that his laptop computer and handgun were stolen from his vehicle, while in the 200 block of Love Avenue. He reported that his vehicle was locked. However, there was no forced entry made, according to the report. The man stated that he left the passenger window down about an inch.

• A woman reported Thursday that her silver Nikon digital camera in a pink bag and a black, plastic toy pellet gun were stolen from her vehicle, while in the 700 block of West Seventh Street.



TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Vannity Charmaine Davis, 19, 907 Pine Ave., was charged Thursday with driving on the wrong side of the road, defective/missing headlights and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Stephanie Denise Mitchell, 36, 10 River Run Road, Apt. 10, was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and driving without insurance.

Precious Shamice Wilson, 17, 119 Powell Drive, Omega, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.
