— It was announced by the Georgia High School Football Daily e-mail newsletter this week that Fitzgerald High School’s Tolerance Shepherd, shown above scoring against CookâHigh this season, has been named to the South roster for the annual North-South All-Star football game. Shepherd had 1,564 yards rushing on 183 carries this past season, and scored 20 touchdowns. Cook High wide receiver Travin Henry will also represent the Tiftarea in the game, which will be played Dec. 30 in Columbus. Other players could also be picked from the area as the roster is not yet finalized.
