• A man who lives in the 1800 block of North Park Avenue reported Monday that someone stole his father’s pickup truck from his residence.

Leroy Rick Barnes Jr., 57, 805 Armour Road, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.
Elizabeth Diane Kegley, 32, 515 Potts Lane, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.
Coswella Burlicous Molden, 30, 1320 Avalon Ave., Apt. C, Albany, was charged Monday with theft by shoplifting.
Dion Terry, 17, 1318 Newton Drive, was charged Monday with theft by shoplifting.

Alex Garza, 30, 208 Peach Ave., Pearson, was charged Monday with failure to appear.
Justin Johnson, 22, N. Park Ave., Apt. 16, was charged Monday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force and failure to appear.
Warren Douglas Robinson, 33, 1260 Bob Lindsey Road, Lenox, was charged Monday with contempt of court.
Chiquetta Tienna Williams, 30, 4 Pertilla Place, Apt. 3, was charged Monday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Tift County almost pulled off an incredible feat this year, having two teams in the baseball quarterfinals.. It was a great year for baseball at all area schools, all eight of them in the postseason. Both Kyle Kirk's Tift County Blue Devils and Brad Porter's Tiftarea Academy Panthers came within an eyelash of doing even better: the final four.
