TIFTON —
Do you want to give back this Halloween season and get scared in the process? Well, look no further than “The Darkness Within” — Tifton’s newest premier haunted house.
Six of the area’s most creative minds, who have a combined 14 years of experience in bringing people’s fears to life, have come together to give you the scare of a lifetime.
If you are looking for a way to give back this Halloween season, one dollar from each ticket purchased will be donated to Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society to help fight for a cure.
The Darkness Within is currently open from 8 to 11 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. until the last person gets scared.
The haunted house is located on Highway 82 West across from the old Loco’s building.
“So come join us for a scary adventure into your deepest fears and give back at the same time,” say the creators.
For more information or tickets, call 392-7098 or visit Facebook.

Proud of diamond accomplishments of Devils, Panthers
Tift County almost pulled off an incredible feat this year, having two teams in the baseball quarterfinals.. It was a great year for baseball at all area schools, all eight of them in the postseason. Both Kyle Kirk's Tift County Blue Devils and Brad Porter's Tiftarea Academy Panthers came within an eyelash of doing even better: the final four.
