Annual Scramble for Eggs set for March 30

TIFTON — The Tift County Recreation Department is having its 16th annual Scramble for Eggs event Saturday, March 30 at E.B. Hamilton Complex, located at 3199 E.B. Hamilton Drive (intersection of E.B. Hamilton Drive and Rutland Road).

Activities will begin at 10:30 a.m. and conclude by 1 p.m. There will be live music, children’s games, food vendors, a bouncy house and more.

Children will have a chance to hunt for over 6,500 eggs. The age divisions are toddler to three, four to six and ages seven to nine. Special prizes will be awarded in each age division.

This event is sponsored by the TCRD, Union Grove Church of God and AmeriGroup RealSolutions.
