“How about all you religious nuts chill out with all the arguments about abortion so that we can get back to actual Rants and Raves that are interesting. It doesn't matter what religion you are, it is not your place to judge someone else's actions. If a woman has an abortion, how about you let GOD judge her. This is getting ridiculous. Talk religion at church. I want my Rant and Rave back!”
Oh the irony
“The irony in the discussion about abortion is that whatever the Bible does or does not say about abortion should be irrelevant as a basis for any laws. To base a law on someone’s religious interpretation of the Bible places us on the same level as an Islamist country that bases its laws on Sharia Law.”

Students challenge community, leaders to ‘stop the violence’
Eighth Street Middle School students chant "Keep calm and stop the violence" as they hold up signs in front of the school Tuesday morning for their peace rally.
“Keep calm and stop the violence,” “Save our streets” and “No more violence” were the words echoed by Eighth Street Middle School students early Tuesday morning as they stood in front of the school behind caution tape and orange cones, shouting and holding up signs as they waved at passing motorists who smiled and returned the gesture.
