Two Tift County Blue Devil wrestlers have qualified for the state tournament, which will be held this later this week at the Macon Centreplex.
Malcolm Robinson qualified in the 113 lb. division. His 30-11 record will be on the line in a first round meeting with Cherokee High’s Blake Walker.
The other qualifier, Beau Bergeron, whose season record is listed at 49-3, is entered into the 220 lb. class. His first round matchup is against Brad Morgan of Etowah.
Both will be in action on Thursday. The finals will be held on Saturday.
