Learning that reading is fun

TIFTON — Teachers at the Tift County Pre-K Center participated in Georgia Reads Aloud Day Tuesday by reading as many books as they could by the end of the school day to enter the contest for the Most Books Read. The winning classroom in the state will receive a special visit and reading from First Lady Sandra Deal and Commissioner Cagle. Shown is teacher Linda Giroux reading "Shark in the Park" by Nick Sharratt to her students.
