These people that are suspended for 30, 60, or 90 days, I say give them 30 days to prove they’re innocent. If they’re innocent, put them back to work. If they’re not, don’t put them on paid vacation on my tax dollar. I’m sick of my tax dollars going to pay for somebody’s paid vacation. Mr. Superintendent, do your job. We’re tired of paying people to be on vacation.

I read about the comment about the former principal of the high school being suspended with pay. What has happened with that? Why is this thing being dragged out?

We have been told by the post office that the mail won’t be delivered on Saturday to people in the country. I live in the country. I used to get my mail at 11:45 a.m., then it started coming at 2:30. Then it was even later, like about 3:30. Now, I don’t get my mail until about 5 every day. How can a mailman deliver all the mail (without Saturday delivery) the rest of the week if he’s already coming so late? If there is no delivery on Saturday or Sunday, then a Monday holiday, and my mail is already not coming until 5, things are going to be in a mess down at the post office. Something has to be done.
