TIFTON — The Tift County appraisal staff will be reviewing property at the city limits of Tifton at Highway 125 West to the county line and the City of Ty Ty this week. The purpose of the property review is verification of property records. Call the assessors office at 386-7840 for more information.



Farmers' Market

TIFTON — The Downtown Farmers' Market is open from 8 a.m. to noon every Saturday morning, year-round. It will also be open on from 4 to 7 p.m. Oct. 1. The market is located at the Railway Museum Platform on the corner of Tift and Third and offers fresh regional produce, homemade baked goods, preserves, plants, coffee and handicrafts.
