I don’t understand the holdout by Moore and Cooksey.

The street is already one way (south to north) because the city made all parking one way.

The main difference is that now there is two-way traffic. The thrift shop has a parking area next door. One of the old buildings may need to go for additional parking. Improvement in that area is needed. Other towns are doing well with one-way streets!

A rendering of the suggested layout needs to be published for public understanding.
