VALDOSTA — Valdosta Main Street invites everyone to join the “Love Downtown Valdosta” campaign that began on Feb. 1 and will end on Feb. 29. It gives locals the perfect chance to explore the vibrant downtown area and support local businesses while standing a chance to win exciting prizes.

All locals need to do to participate is spend $25 at any of the participating businesses and upload the receipt to the link http://tinyurl.com/downtownlove or by scanning the provided QR code. Every receipt is an entry that will enter them into the five giveaways hosted throughout the month.

Each Monday in February a name will be pulled and the winner will receive a custom prize. On March 1 the grand prize — $200 in Downtown Dollars, and a special “Valentine’s” treat — will be awarded to one lucky winner.

Participating businesses include Cottonwood Market & Boutique, Livi & Co, Kreamkles, La Meza, Goodtime Jr. Music Shed, Art & Soul, The Flower Gallery, Mockingbird, Wes Sewell Photography, Jessie’s Restaurant & Catering, Southern Grace Gifts & Boutique, Perfectly Priscilla Boutique, Sublime, Whimsy Salon, and Studio One Twelve Salon.
