NORMAN PARK — Nancy Sheryl Cowart Hunt, 63, of Norman Park, died Monday, April 13, 2009, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals, with burial to follow at Oakridge Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.

Mrs. Hunt was born July 31, 1945 in Atlanta and was the daughter of O’Neal Martin and Sara Winslett Martin, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Johnathon Martin. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Cowart is survived by her husband, Garry Hunt of Norman Park; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Jay Martin of Ocilla, Marty and Donna Cowart of Louisiana and Frank Mize of Ohio; two daughters and one son-in-law, Sherry and Rudy Adams of Tifton and Jodie Jones of Norman Park; one brother, Larry Martin of Ocilla; and six grandchildren, Ashlee Jones, Jana Adams, Leah Cowart, Wesley Cowart, Dara Mize and Tara Mize.
