Paul William Hood, 33, 99 Tifton-Eldorado Road 10H, was charged Wednesday with theft by receiving stolen property.

Noel Patrick Malcolm, 26, 107 W. Sixth St., was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and a safety restraint violation.

Michael Alan Foster, 29, 675 Ten Mile Road, Fitzgerald, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain lane.

Velma Yvonne Young, 49, 1631 N. Ridge Ave., was charged Wednesday with driving without a license.
