Correction:
Sergio Reyes, 41, 106 Southside Drive, was listed as the offender in a shoplifting case on a Tifton Police Department report referring to an incident that allegedly occurred at WalMart Jan. 3. Based on that information, it was stated in a story that ran in The Tifton Gazette Jan. 7 that Reyes was arrested and charged with shoplifting. A spokesman for the TPD said Thursday that Reyes was not charged in connection with the incident.

Belinda Diane Dixon, 34, 2911 Wilton Ave., Lot 4, was charged Wednesday with violation of the school attendance law.
Rosa Jorda Falcon, 32, 714 S. Ridge Ave., was charged Wednesday with violation of the school attendance law.
Charles Ray Goodman, 59, 5276 U.S. Highway 319 S., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception.
Steven Patrick Gray, 28, 1001 Doc Melton Sr. Drive, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.
Detina Denise Lester, 36, 227 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Wednesday with violation of the school attendance law.
Letitia Olivia Osby, 36, 325 Old Omega Road, Lot 23, was charged Wednesday with violation of the school attendance law.
Benjamin Franklin Williams, 62, 233 Zorn Road, Norman Park, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.
Landric Denerra Wilson, 26, 99 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Wednesday with contempt of superior court.
Bret Corwin Wood, 26, 77 Love Lace Lane, Newnan, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license, speeding and improperly stopping or slowing in the lane of traffic.

William John McClary, 52, 33 Buck Trail, was charged Wednesday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and possession of an alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle.
Anthony Donnell Tyler, 19, 1207 N. Central Ave., was charged Wednesday with battery.
