Curtiss Eugene Bentley, 46, 1010 Ty Ty-Omega Road, was charged Friday with DUI and following too closely.

Richard Benjamin Blythe, 18, 7071 Hacklebarney Road, Blackshear, was charged Thursday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force, speeding and underage possession of alcohol.

Malcolm Jamaal Cason, 19, Moore Highway, was charged Thursday with two counts of obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force; possession of marijuana in school zones, grounds or school functions; and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Jason Edward Crowell, 22, Albany, was charged Friday with DUI.

Thelma Joann Deshazer, 45, 707 S. Washington St., Sylvester, was charged Friday with theft by shoplifting.

Brittney Elaine Green, 20, 305 Vanceville Road, was charged Saturday with driving without a valid tag/license, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Nicholas Ryan Harris, 25, 4977 Union Road, Lot 11, was charged Thursday with a probation violation.

Jacob Yunell Jackson Jr., 24, 4124 Martin Ave., was charged Saturday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force and a probation violation.

Jose Francisco Jacobo, 21, 310 Old Omega Road, Apt. G-1, was charged Thursday with failure to dim headlights and driving without a license.

David Eugene McClelland, 65, 78 Stone Bridge Road, was charged Friday with a safety restraint violation and defective equipment.

Codee James McKinney, 18, 186 Sam Caldwell Lane, Ocilla, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Angela Dawn Harris, 40, 1001 Belmont Ave., was charged Friday with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
