The family of murder victim Sunday Blombergh was charged with trespassing after they visited the spot in Colquitt County where her body was found, Tallahassee TV station WTXL is reporting.

A story on WTXL’s web site said that Sunday’s father, Reign Blomberg, told reporters several family members went to the site to place flowers Thursday after Sunday’s mother-in-law, Ruby Evans, was found guilty of murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the brutal April 2010 killing.

Reign Blomberg said the family was later released from the Colquitt County Jail and will have to return to court in November. He said local law enforcement officers were reluctant to arrest the family but had to because the property owner insisted.
