TIFTON — Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC) held a heart and vascular symposium on Feb. 4.
More than 90 medical professionals from South Central Georgia attended this day-long event, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, technicians, therapists and others.
The event was spearheaded by TRMC Heart and Vascular Center physicians, including cardiologists Dr. Paul Murray, Dr. Bill Hancock and Dr. Jonathan Tronolone; vascular surgeon Dr. Bill Kaiser; and, internist Dr. Joe Turner.
Experts in subjects such as genetics, cardiothoracic surgery, endovascular therapy and advanced heart failure and transplantaton from Mayo Clinic, Emory University, the University of Florida and more served as keynote speakers and panelists.
