Restrictions apply, and homeowners must have a working agreement with the Southern Georgia Regional Commission prior to commencement of activity.

This grant program is open to New River watershed homeowners on a first-come, first-served basis, without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, or handicap.
