LIFEhouse Virtual Fundraiser flyer

The non-profit organization, LIFEhouse, is hosting their annual LIFE-a-thon fundraiser on Oct. 22. 

LIFEhouse Family Enrichment Program is an organization that focuses on teaching classes on things such as: computer and job skills, English as a second language, parenting, budgeting and finance, and many more topics. This organization has been serving the Tift County community for 11 years. 

“We mentor, encourage and we just love unconditionally the people that come to us,” said executive director, Larae Moore. “We have a family atmosphere here we try and help people do better in life.”  

Traditionally this fundraiser was hosted in person as a banquet, but it will be virtual this year due to the global pandemic said Moore.

“We have one big fundraiser a year, just to bring in donations to support the ministry,” said Moore. “We depend on donations just to survive and support the general budget.” 

The fundraising event will have prizes to a few select lucky donors, including gift certificates and gift baskets. 

The fundraiser will be hosted through telephone call in and live streamed on the LIFEhouse Facebook page.
